Obsessive Love

The designer created a hypothetical film festival project to celebrate the films of Alfred Hitchcock which inherently have a prevailing obsession with voyeurism. The design follows a thread in which unfulfilled characters stalk victims, giving them a sense of ownership, in the end, dark empowerment motivates the voyeur to murder. The visual elements, user interface, and user experience are all designed from a voyeur perspective. As voyeurs, audiences somehow feel complicit in the events onscreen.

The intuitive design language expresses to the citizens how the various functions of the smart city are applied to real life. The settings of the sections of the website allow users to capture effective information in a more user-friendly and convenient.

The design aims to focus on the teacher, or mentor-experience, as much as the learner, or student-experience. Aesthetic visuals are combined with efficient business logic to strategise onboarding and retention of the users. The responsive website ensures that the design would be clean and properly-structured irrespective of screen size. This design has been crafted through multiple iterations, arriving at the optimum balance of usability and desirability, to provide a unified digital learning experience for students and their mentors.

Yi people, a minority nationality in China. They have their own language and culture, most of them live in the southwest of China. Nowadays, Yi culture is gradually disappearing and Yi people are trying to promote their culture to the public. Music has no boundary and is a great way for people to know Yi culture. So the Yi Music website is designed for the purpose to let people know Yi's music and their culture.

Laround

In the website design the illustration of the map was used to symbolize the travelling. Lines and circles also represent the movement of a person in a map. The main page has big and bold typography to attract user’s attention. Pages of different tours have description with photos of the places, so the user can see what exactly he would see in the tour. For the accent the designer used blue color. The website is minimalist and clean.

A visual representation of traditional Japanese Zen spirit and modern hotel functions. It is easier to convey the appeal of a hotel website using images than it is to explain in detail, which is closer to Zen Mind. All of this website exists only to convey the charm of the hotel.
